"then I'll post it!" I said.
"no, I called dibs on this post." said Dave.

The Metallurgist and I do that occasionally with something that happens to us - we vie for who gets to tell it on their blog.
I think we actually both agreed on story sharing for blogs before we got married as a kind of precautionary measure. It may have been in the prenup.
