I've been struggling with a dreadful bout of insomnia lately, I've resorted to self-medicating. I hope we can both get back on track soon.
I feel like it's because I can't turn my brain off. I think I need to go back to doing yoga more regularly.
I have the exact same problem. I find it impossible to get to sleep at night, and then impossible to get up. I press snooze about twenty times most mornings....
Same problem. I'm a total night owl & never wake up early. If I wake up before 8, I always insist I need twice the coffee. xx
