I might start doing it again, though.Miss Dallashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16831133768123027451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14065816.post-36007088741097138232009-02-10T19:02:00.000-06:002009-02-10T19:02:00.000-06:00Did you know that the symptoms of low stomach acid...Did you know that the symptoms of low stomach acid often feel the same as acid reflux/indigestion? This is just a suggestion, as obviously you know the specifics of your condition.

I used to pop Tums and Zantac in vain until one day I was eating a salad dressed with extra balsamic vinegar, which felt sooo good going down.

So I slapped myself on the forehead and thought about the effects of low stomach acid. Went out and bought a bottle of apple cider vinegar. Every time symptoms threaten, I take 2 tbsps and it's gone. Hasn't happened much lately, but it's known that apple cider vinegar is very good for the body in countless ways, so I probably ought to take some daily.

And this is from someone who once couldn't STAND the smell of vinegar if it got on the counter. I take it straight, but there are plenty of healthy preparations - my mother started drinking it in fresh boiled ginger for her own disruptive stomach ailments a few years ago.Oliviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04014351759393921274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14065816.post-73653858945856233442009-02-10T14:55:00.000-06:002009-02-10T14:55:00.000-06:00Pour a bit of baking soda in a cup and fill it wit...Pour a bit of baking soda in a cup and fill it with hot water.
